SAUNDA
The Sydney Student Association of the University of Notre Dame Australia (SAUNDA) is a not-for-profit organisation at the heart of student experience run for students, by students since 2006.
We are elected student representatives committed to serving Notre Dame’s 6,000 Sydney Campus students. Through events and initiatives, we enhance the social, academic, and spiritual experience of our community while supporting student well-being.
Beyond event planning, we oversee clubs and societies, represent students at university functions, and serve on key committees to advocate for student interests. Many SAUNDA Committee members also sit on university committees, ensuring student voices are heard at all levels.
We work closely with university executives, including the Vice Chancellor and Pro Vice Chancellor, to strengthen the connection between students and the university, driving positive change.

Hi everyone!
My name is Gabriela and I am a Law and Finance student and President of your the Student Association this year. I am very excited and grateful to be able to do this for a third year and I can’t wait to see what we will achieve in 2025 for you.
Our Student Association is here to make your university experience as fulfilling, engaging, and memorable as possible. We are committed to organising and facilitating a wide range of events - both social and professional - that cater to all interests, bring our community closer together and ensure you have the best university experience possible.
We also collaborate with many of our clubs and societies, and we encourage you to get involved in these groups, where you’ll find communities of people who share your interests and passions.
Our team also has a national focus, and we’re excited to be working alongside our Fremantle counterparts to bring you even more resources and a connected experience across campuses.
Most importantly, we’re here to supper you throughout your university journey. Whether you need guidance, advocacy, or just a friendly chat, the Student Association is here to help you feel supported and valued every step of the way.
