Appendix B - Activity and Funding Request Form
This form needs to be completed by all clubs by the end of Week 2 of each semester. The Student Association reserves the right to allocate up to $500.00. Clubs that do not operate in accordance with the Objects and ethos of the University, and clubs with little or no activity, may receive no funding. The Student Association, in consultation with the Manager, Student Services allocate funding. Their decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
